Aliözgür Öztürk has spent over 30 years at the intersection of people, organizations, and meaningful work. His career began in corporate events and internal communications, where he designed programs that brought people together across some of the largest organizations in Turkey and Europe. It was there, watching what happened when teams connected, that his deeper curiosity took shape.

He noticed that the energy unlocked in a well-designed event rarely survived the return to daily work. The excitement faded. The insights did not transfer. What organizations needed was not better events alone, but a more continuous, embedded approach to human development. That realization led him to coaching and training, and eventually to founding Consulting Zone.

He is a PCC-certified executive coach with a Master's degree in Psychology, trained at one of the leading coaching institutions in Europe. His work draws on neuroscience and behavioral science, and on three decades of experience inside real organizations. He works in Turkish, German, and English.

His belief is simple: when people understand their own values, strengths, and patterns, they lead better, work better, and live better. That belief is the foundation of everything Consulting Zone does.
