Our Story
Consulting Zone was established in Berlin by Aliözgür Öztürk, a business leader, trainer, and executive coach with over 30 years of experience building, leading, and transforming organizations across Turkey, Germany, and Europe.
The idea behind Consulting Zone is straightforward. Most organizations face the same core challenge: they have talented people, clear ambitions, and real potential, but they lack the internal structure, the leadership capability, or the shared direction to make it sustainable. Consulting Zone exists to close that gap.
We work at the intersection of business consulting, leadership development, coaching, and corporate events. Not because it is a convenient combination, but because that is what real organizational change actually requires. When consulting, training, coaching, and experience work together, the impact lasts.
We are based in Berlin and work with companies across Europe in English, German, and Turkish.
